BREADWINNA accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order being received for in-stock items. Any discrepancies regarding shipping courier delays are out of our control, we prioritize timely shipping. Returns
Returns are accepted with special circumstance. As for sizing issue we are not responsible for the customer purchasing the wrong size as the specified product descriptions are detailed in guiding the customer in selecting the correct size. We are not liable for any lost/stolen parcels. We are also not responsible for customers inputting the incorrect shipping address. Given a time that a customers return is granted, the Item must be returned in original packaging, unused.
