Shipping Policy

BREADWINNA accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order being received for in-stock items. Any discrepancies regarding shipping courier delays are out of our control, we prioritize timely shipping. We provide customers the ability to track and check their order status on-site in the main menu. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. BREADWINNA ships Worldwide.

Returns

Returns are accepted with special circumstance. As for sizing issue we are not responsible for the customer purchasing the wrong size as the specified product descriptions are detailed in guiding the customer in selecting the correct size. We are not liable for any lost/stolen parcels. We are also not responsible for customers inputting the incorrect shipping address. Given a time that a customers return is granted, the Item must be returned in original packaging, unused.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued upon receiving returned item(s).

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.

Pre-order Items:

Processing time for pre-order item is 1-3 weeks max

Purchasing In-Stock items with Pre-Order items will delay your In-Stock order. Place order separately for In-Stock Items In order to receive it sooner than your pre-ordered item.
